Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following terms mean:
- Driving school: Rijschool Duwo, based in Leiden.
- Student: The person taking driving lessons with the driving school.

The agreements between Rijschool Duwo and our students, set out clearly and transparently.
Article 2 - Obligations of the driving school
The driving school is obliged to ensure that:
- Driving lessons are given by instructors who meet the requirements of the Dutch Driving Instruction Act (Wet Rijonderricht Motorrijtuigen, WRM).
- The student receives driving instruction from the same instructor as much as possible.
- The application for the driving-ability assessment (interim test, driving exam) has actually been submitted to the CBR by the driving school, upon payment of the applicable fees and submission of the required documents.
Article 3 - Obligations of the student
The student is obliged to:
- Keep to the agreed date, time and place for the driving lesson.
- Pay the full lesson price if the driving lesson is cancelled within 24 hours before the agreed time.
- Provide all documents required for the driving-ability assessment to the driving school in good time.
Article 4 - Payment
Payments must be made in accordance with the arrangements agreed when entering into the lesson contract. For packages, payment in instalments can be arranged by mutual agreement.
