Health Declaration
To be allowed to take your driving exam, you must be healthy enough to drive safely. The CBR assesses this through the Gezondheidsverklaring (health declaration).
When should you fill it in?
We recommend completing the Gezondheidsverklaring right at the start of your training. Sometimes the CBR needs more time for the assessment (up to 4 months). Avoid delaying your exam!
What does it cost?
You pay the cost of the Gezondheidsverklaring directly to the CBR via iDEAL. Check the CBR website for the current rates.
